American Indian Designs Adapted to Knitting
The author took some really beautiful Native American designs and created knitting patterns for them. However, most are created for knitting on a machine and are so large and intricate they would take forever to knit. In addition, the book was self-published so it is in black and white and typeset in courier. It looks more like a thesis than a book. Still, it is an interesting historical look at Native American design as well as how they might be adapted to modern craft.
