I find it hard to believe this was written in 2005. It reads like something from 20 years ago. Many of the recipes are actually for use in a convection oven, something I haven't seen in years. There are no pictures so it's difficult to get fired up about a recipe. The good thing is that there is good nutritional info for each recipe including calories, fat, protein, carbs, fiber, calcium and sodium. I grabbed this at the library because of the dearth of anything similar that was even written this millennium and for that I have to give it three stars, even though it was at best a 2.5 otherwise.
