Why do so many knitwear designers think easy means boring? Almost all of the variety in this book is due to stripes, either with a contrasting yarn or with a purl stitch. But really, nothing is particularly interesting. I'd call this book "very easy" actually. I was sort of drawn to one frog sweater until I realized the frog was appliqued on and the only other thing that I liked about the sweater was the color. That said, nothing is particularly horrible, either, just very, very boring.
